    Mu makampani opanga zakudya ndi mkaka watsopano, mlingo woyenera ndi 50-150ml/t ya zinthu zatsopano zosaphika pa 30-45℃ kwa mphindi 10-30, palibe chifukwa chosinthira pH.

    Mu makampani osungira mowa ndi sodium gluconate, mlingo woyenera ndi 20-100ml/t mowa pa kutentha kwa chipinda m'makampani opanga mowa. Mlingo woyenera ndi 2000-6000ml/t zinthu zouma zokhala ndi pH ya 30-35% pafupifupi 5.5 pa 30-55℃ kwa maola 30.
