Popanga mowa, onjezerani enzyme mu mlingo wa 0.3L/T pa 20000u/ml pa PH 6.0-6.5. Pochotsa kukula kwa nsalu, mlingo woyenera ndi uwu:
Mlingo wa njira yothira: 2.0-6.0g(ml)/L, PH6.0-7.0, pa 85-95℃, kwa mphindi 20-40.
Mlingo wopitilira wa nthunzi: 4.0-10.0g(ml)/L, PH6.0-7.0, pa 95-105℃, kwa mphindi 10-15. Izi zimachokera pa 20000U/ml.
